USCIS plays a critical role in managing various immigration-related processes and services for individuals seeking to visit, work, study, or live permanently in the United States.

Project Solution

RRC Contractors provided Design-Build services to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in Boise for their Tenant Improvement (TI) project at 1185 S Vinnell Way, 83709.

RRC Contractors met with USCIS representatives to understand their requirements, goals, and budget for refurbishing their property. They collaborated closely to gain insights into their specific needs and priorities.

Based on the information gathered RRC Contractors assembled a team of architects, engineers, and designers to create a comprehensive refurbishment plan, working closely with USCIS to develop a design that aligns with their vision and operational needs.

RRC Contractors prepared a detailed cost estimate for the project, taking into account materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses. They worked to ensure the project stays within USCIS's approved budget.

RRC Contractors handled all the necessary permits and ensured compliance with local building codes and necessary regulations.

RRC Contractors oversaw all aspects of the construction process, managing subcontractors, scheduling, and procurement of materials. They also coordinate with USCIS and keep them informed about the project's progress at regular intervals.

A full upgrade plan was implemented, including renovating interior spaces, upgrading infrastructure, and improving energy efficiency and security measures as required by USCIS.

In addition, stringent quality control measures were employed to ensure that all refurbishment work met industry standards. Safety was prioritized throughout the construction process.

After completing the TI project, RRC Contractors conducted final inspections to ensure that all work was completed to the satisfaction of USCIS. RRC Contractors addressed any final adjustments or requirements as needed before officially handing over the property.
