RRC Contractors delivered the Vermeer expansion at 6437 W Gowen Rd, Boise, Idaho, using a Design-Build approach that integrated design, engineering, and construction from the outset. The expansion added 17,848 square feet of connected industrial space, designed for durability, workflow efficiency, and heavy-duty performance.
