Located at 611 South 8th St. Goldstein's Bagel & Baily's is a family-owned and operated restaurant located in the heart of downtown Boise. Established in August 2022 it has already established a loyal following of customers who appreciate its high-quality food and friendly service.

It specializes in authentic Jewish deli cuisine, including sandwiches, soups, and salads. It brings a New York style bagel shop experience to Boise baking a variety of Bagels, bagel sandwiches, and offering a variety of cream cheese and smoked cold fish sandwiches. It also offers a complimentary selection of breakfast sandwiches and beverages. Products are made in-house daily using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients. The restaurant offers a wide variety of flavors, including plain, poppyseed, sesame, everything, and many others, as well as a range of spreads and toppings to suit different tastes.

RRC Contractors used their experience in Design Build principles to work with Goldstein's Bagel & Baily's to construct their new premises in Boise, Idaho. In this instance RRC Contractors became the single entity responsible for all the delivery methods, design and construction services for the project.
