Homestead Bar & Grill is owned by Venture Restaurant Group, a locally owned restaurant company in the Treasure Valley. Homestead is inspired by the owner's love of a gastropub feel with chef inspired bar food, elevated cocktails, & over 20 beers on tap. Homestead strives to be a family friendly bar & grill serving locals and making them feel at “home” as soon as they walk in. It offers a wide variety of American-style cuisine, including burgers, sandwiches, salads, and entrees. The restaurant is known for its cozy, rustic atmosphere and welcoming staff. The menu is often praised for its variety, with options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians.

RRC Contractors worked for Homestead Bar & Grill to Design Build their premises located at North Linder Road, Meridian, Idaho being singularly responsible for both the design and construction of the project. RRC Contractors worked closely with Homestead Bar & Grill to identify their needs and understand the project requirements. Discovery activities included identifying the type of facility needed, its location, size and capacity.

RRC Contractors created detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the project. The design reflected their specific needs acknowledging the type of restaurant Homestead Bar & Grill planned to open, the equipment and fixture specifications, and any regulatory or environmental requirements.

RRC Contractors then obtained all the necessary zonal approvals and building and environmental permits from local authorities to align with regulations and proceed with the work. On receiving client and regulatory approvals RRC Contractors began the construction phase of the project, managing all aspects of the construction process such as site preparation, building construction, equipment installation and commissioning the facility respectively.

In seeing the project through to completion the RRC Contractors ensured that the building met all of Homestead Bar & Grill requirements and was ready for occupancy. At all times RRC Contractors communicated closely and clearly with them, maintaining regular communication to ensure the project requirements were being met on time and within budget. RRC Contractors addressed any arising issues in a timely manner.
