RRC Contractors handled a wide range of General Contractor services for the new O'Reilly Auto Parts store located at 10040 West State Street in Star, Idaho. Activities included the following.

Project Management 

This involved directing the entire construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.

Including clearing the site, grading the land, and preparing it for construction.

Oversaw the installation of the foundation and framing of the building, which included all the structural elements of the new store.

Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC 

Coordinated with parties regarding the installation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems required.

Interior and Exterior Finishes 

Which entailed the installation of drywall, flooring, paint, and any other interior required finishes for O'Reilly's in addition to exterior finishes such as siding, roofing, and windows.

Including supervision of all landscaping required around the premises.

RRC Contractors directed all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. The project was completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
