RRC Contractors delivered the Starbucks Emmett project through a General Contracting approach, overseeing all aspects of external construction in close coordination with Starbucks and its design team. This delivery method ensured that RRC maintained full responsibility for scheduling, budgeting, subcontracting, and quality control throughout every stage of development.

Working directly with Starbucks, RRC guided the project from initial planning through completion. The Emmett branch features a modern drive-thru layout, convenient access from S Substation Road, and a bright, open interior inspired by the area’s agricultural heritage—drawing on colors and materials reminiscent of Emmett’s orchards and fruit-growing traditions.
