Background Information

WaFd (Washington Federal Bank) continues to expand its regional network, opening new locations designed to deliver a more open and welcoming customer experience. The new Meridian branch at 3036 N Eagle Road reflects this approach, combining clean architectural design with bright, functional interiors to serve the growing Treasure Valley community.

Project Solution

RRC Contractors delivered the WaFd Meridian branch through a General Contracting approach, overseeing all phases of construction and coordination with WaFd’s design team. The project included full exterior and interior fit-out for the new 3,100-square-foot building, blending contemporary materials and efficient layout planning to create an engaging environment for staff and customers alike.

The building features a central open space that acts as an atrium—encouraging interaction and visibility between customers and staff—surrounded by bright offices, a conference room, and designated teller spaces for drive-thru banking. RRC ensured the project met WaFd’s design standards for both function and brand presentation, while maintaining on-schedule delivery and budget precision.

General Contracting Process Highlights

Pre-Construction Review: RRC worked closely with WaFd’s architects to verify plans, coordinate material selections, and ensure compliance with city and code requirements.

Efficient Project Management: Oversight of scheduling, subcontractor performance, and quality assurance from groundbreaking through completion.

Customer-Centric Design: The open atrium, natural lighting, and clear circulation paths create a welcoming, transparent experience for customers and staff.

On-Time Delivery: RRC coordinated closely with WaFd to complete construction and final finishes in line with operational goals for Autumn 2025.

Project Outcome

The new WaFd branch in Meridian demonstrates RRC Contractors’ capability to deliver modern financial facilities that combine precision construction with thoughtful design. Through disciplined project management and close client collaboration, RRC delivered a space that reflects WaFd’s brand values of transparency, trust, and community connection—further strengthening its presence in the Treasure Valley.
