Design Build Steps
RRC Contractors met with Boise Brewing to discuss their vision for the new premises and their requirements for the project. Initial discussions focused on budget outlines and projected timelines for the project.
RRC Contractors then developed a design for the new brewery that met Boise Brewing's requirements and budget. Many aspects of the project were considered such as the building layout, equipment, and space planning for optimal functionality.
RRC Contractors then provided Boise Brewing with a detailed cost estimation based on the design of the new premises, ensuring transparency and accuracy of the project's budget.
All the necessary permits and approvals required for the job were obtained from the local authorities. RRC Contractors ensured that the project adhered to local authority compliance codes and regulations.
RRC Contractors directed all aspects of the construction process, including site preparation, foundation, framing, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, and finishes, to ensure that the construction met the design and budget requirements.
